We cover material damage to construction works against unforeseen and sudden physical loss or damage from any cause other than those excluded in the policy. There is also cover for third party liability up to an agreed limit in respect of property damage and personal injury. The policy may also be extended to cover loss of or damage to existing properties because of construction work.
